Great Synagogue in Bucharest was built in 1845-1846 for community Ashkenazi Jews came from Poland. With an impressive mix of Baroque and Rococo architecture, the Great Synagogue is the first great religious edifice of Jewish culture in Romania. Since 1992, the Great Synagogue hosting the exhibition entitled "Martyrs Memorial Hebrew - Chief Rabbi Dr. Moses Rosen".
