Known as the Casa Melik, who works in building the museum is one of the oldest and beautiful in Bucharest. The museum houses the collection spouses Serafina and Gheorghe Raut, in which it reveals some remarkable canvas signed by Theodor Pallady, and an important fund of over 800 drawings and engravings of the great Romanian painter, his representative for Paris.
